The Rules

 

 

It’s MANDATORY to read the rules before the event starts.
We dont want to come across as mean but rules help us run smoothly;

All fees are NOT refundable (Except if the event is cancelled or postponed). We have the right to refuse or eject a designer anytime, for any reasons and without a refund. Please respect the deadlines or you will get ejected from the event without a refund. All fees need to be paid, once accepted, before the event.

Marketplace stores are accepted.
Its mandatory to rez an event promo poster in your mainstore. If you own a marketplace store, put info about the event in your picks.
Once you are accepted, it is mandatory to be in the event group until the end of the event.

Event Sponsors will have a big spot near the landing point with 100 Prims – 6 sponsors are allowed each event and will be featured on the Featured Designer page of event, and recieve a link on our events website.

No adult content. The sim will always be mature rated.

Each designer will have to create a minimum of 1 limited item related to the theme. Your limited item MUST be a new release, not recolored items you’re already displaying at your store. You can make as many items as you want as long as your vendors fit in the prims limit.

You can put old items in your booth. BUT your limited item MUST be in theme!

Event items should not be put up for sale in your main store until event is over if you wish. But we feel limited event items should just be sold at events, otherwise they’re Not LIMITED. A suggestion is to lower your price dureing the event.

Please respect your neighbors by keeping your vendor in the space you’re allowed.

Three types of scripts only are allowed at all events, LM giver, Gachas, and vendors. UNLESS you use scripted vendors to register for redelivery. BUT NO flipping vendors – they cause tons of lag.
This helps reduce lag.

Designers not ready in time (which will be the night before the event begins) will get ejected of the event…. sorry. UNLESS a real life thing came up.

All bloggers are allowed. We don’t discriminate, the more coverage the better we believe for us and our designers!

Designers will have to provide a full perm logo to the event manager.
